Exhibitors
will display in the Citrus Ballroom during the three receptions and the three luncheons. The three receptions will be
held Saturday evening (6-7:30 pm), Sunday evening (6-7:30 pm), and Monday evening (6-8 pm). The luncheons on Sunday,
Monday, and Tuesday will be held noon-2 pm. The program is arranged so that an Exhibitor may man the booth and particpate
fully in the technical program.
Initial set-up will be available Saturday afternoon, and subsequently Sunday
morning between 9 am and noon. Set-up and dismantling will not be
permitted during luncheons or poster sessions. The exhibit booths
will be arranged around the periphery of the Citrus Ballroom.
Each exhibitor will be provided with a basic booth package comprising:
8'x10' Exhibit booth with 8' high back draping and 3' high side rails
6' Draped table
(2) Upholstered chairs
Wastebasket
Single-line identification sign
(2) 110 V outlets with total of 500 W power capacity
Shipping/receiving assistance and additional furniture and exhibition services are available from the
exhibition contractor (Arata Expositions).
The Exhibit fee is US$1800 and includes the basic booth package, full meeting
registration for one Exhibitor employee, and display of Exhibitor name
on website and in Program/Abstract book. Additional meeting registrations
for Exhibitor employees may be obtained at the academic rate with full session participation or at the accompanying
person rate otherwise.
