The meeting registration fee covers the opening (Saturday evening) reception, lunches on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, coffee breaks, and abstract booklet, in addition to admission to all technical sessions.

Meeting registration (authorization) must accompany or precede on-site hotel registration in order to guarantee on-site housing accomodation.  A very favorable room rate of $159 per night (single or double) has been negotiated with the Rosen Centre Hotel, one of the premier convention hotels in the Orlando area.  All room rates are subject to additional state and local taxes, currently a 12.5% surcharge.  An additional person fee of $20 applies for more than two people sharing a room.  Rooms may be upgraded to the Club Level for an additional $40.  These rates are valid three days pre/post conference.

On-site hotel reservations may be made by calling the Rosen Centre Hotel directly at 1-800-204-7234.  Please request the group rate for the Particles 2004 Conference.  A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax is required by 5 February 2004.  Room deposits are fully refundable if cancelled up to five (5) days prior to arrival.  On-site hotel reservations and deposit authorization may also be made using the linked registration form.
