Cancellations & Refunds
  Meeting registration fees are refundable, less a 15% service charge, if cancellation is made earlier than 20 March 2002.  No refunds will be given after that date.  All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.  Substitutions from the same organization may be made without penalty.

Hotel deposits or guarantees are fully refundable if cancelled five days prior to arrival date.
