Exhibitors will display in Junior Ballrooms F/G during the luncheons (noon - 2 pm Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday), during the opening reception/mixer Saturday evening (6-7:30 pm), and during the poster session on Monday evening (6-8 pm). Initial set-up will be available Saturday afternoon, and subsequently Sunday morning between 9 am and noon. Set-up and dismantling will not be permitted during luncheons or poster sessions. The exhibit booths will be arranged around the periphery of the expanded ballroom. The center section will hold tables during luncheon and poster boards during the poster sessions.Each exhibitor will be provided with a basic booth package
Shipping/receiving assistance and additional power,
furniture, and exhibition services are available from the
exhibition contractor.
The Exhibit fee is $1800 and includes the basic booth package, full meeting registration for one Exhibitor employee, and display of Exhibitor name on website and in Program/Abstract book. Additional meeting registrations for Exhibitor employees may be obtained at $350 per person prior to 7 March 2002 (and $450 after 7 March 2002). Website links to Exhibitor sites will be put into place upon payment of Exhibitor fee.
