Exhibits and Exhibit Times

Exhibitors will display in Junior Ballroom F during the luncheons (noon - 2 pm Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday), during the opening reception/mixer Saturday evening (6-7:30 pm), during the poster session on Sunday evening (6-8 pm), and during a reception on Monday evening (6-8 pm). Initial set-up will be available Sunday morning until noon. Set-up and dismantling will not be permitted during luncheons or poster sessions. The exhibit booths will be arranged around the periphery of the ballroom. The center section will hold tables during luncheon and poster boards during the poster sessions.

     Each exhibitor will be provided with a basic booth package
        comprising:
                    8' x 10' Exhibit booth comprising 8' high back drape
                        and 3' high side rails
                    6' Draped table
                    (2) Upholstered chairs
                    Wastebasket
                    Single-line identification sign             (2) 110 V outlets with total of 500 W power capacity

        Shipping/receiving assistance and additional power,
        furniture, and exhibition services are available from the
        exhibition contractor.

The Exhibit fee is $1600 and includes the basic booth package, full meeting registration for one Exhibitor employee, and display of Exhibitor name on website and in Program/Abstract book. Additional meeting registrations for Exhibitor employees may be obtained at $350 per person prior to 7 January 2001 (and $450 after 7 January 2001). Website links to Exhibitor sites will be put into place upon payment of Exhibitor fee.

Payment may be made by corporate check, wire transfer, or by credit card.

Checks in US dollars should be made payable to Particles Conference and
mailed to: Particles 2001, 265 Clover Street, Rochester, NY 14610-2246, USA

Wire payments to Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (44 Exchange Boulevard, Rochester, NY 14612, USA), ABA Routing No. xxxx, Particles Conference Account No. xxxx; transfer fees not included in wire payment are due upon registration on site (contact conference office for Routing and Account Nos.).

            Credit card payments should be sent by mail (Particles 2001 address above)
            or by fax (1-716-482-7795) indicating card type, card account number, card
            expiration date, and name that appears on card, and be signed by the person
            named on card.
